Apple Poison Rings

Just got these adorable apple lockets in from http://dollarsupplies.etsy.com/. I can't wait to make a poison apple ring with them. Last night I put them in a tumbler to clean the raw brass up before I can add a patina to them. I also plan to cut off the small loop as I think the ring will look better with out it.

Heart Locket Earrings

My locket rings are very popular, so I thought I would add in some locket earrings to my shop. Fun to find ways to use lockets other than in a pendant.

These were made my adding a vintage patina to these lockets and then adding them to these cute bow leverback earwires.

Enjoy!

Caramel

Caramel Delights by TheBrassHussy

The background of this picture gave way to the name of these earrings, Caramel Delights. The warm brass tones and creamy White will compliment your skin tone.

Delicious White Turquoise (Magnesite) gemstones dangle inside hammered brass circles. The circles are 1 inch wide and the earrings are about 1.5 inches long. The brass is nickel free, lead free, and not plated.

Homemade Caramels by CaramelJubilee

Words can barely describe the buttery soft goodness in these Caramels. I have ordered twice from this shop and can vouch how awesome these candies are. Fresh and Delicious!

This listing is for 16 oz (1 pound) of Vanilla Caramels. Farm-fresh butter, sea salt, sugar, real vanilla, and whole milk combine to give these a delightfully sweet flavor and blissfully soft texture. These caramels are cooked in small batches and wrapped entirely by hand.

2000 Hearts!

Thank you to all my wonderful hearters! I officially have 2000 hearts today.

So I would like to show off a lovely item with a brass filigree hearts and thank my 2000th hearter.

Long Lovely Brass Dangle Earrings

Lightweight, but long, just under 2.5 inches.

Two vintage style natural brass stampings with a filigree capped red dangle at the bottom. If you prefer another color, I can easily swap it out.

Thank you SecretCake for being my 2000th heart. As a special treat, convo me for a free pair of pearl earrings.

I especially love this vintage piece of fabric you have in your shop.

1 yard cut of great vintage pink, green and orange floral fabric. From a Canon Perma-Prest, no-iron fine muslin reclaimed bed linen, this 50/50 cotton/poly blend fabric is super soft and had minimal fading.

Fabric is pre-washed with a phosphate, fragrance and dye-free, biodegradable detergent. It is air-dried and pressed prior to packaging and shipment.

Buttons are addictive as beads

I can see that buttons collecting is addictive as collecting beads. I recently came into a collection of old buttons. There are all kinds, wood, shell, plastic, and metal.

I had so much fun looking at them all and trying to figure out a few ring combinations.

Wooden Button Mother of Pearl Brass Ring

The first ring I made was with this old wooden button. Don't you love the texture and patina of the wood?

I put a carved mother of pearl button on top that has a starburst pattern. I also added 3 tiny brass beads just for fun.

The ring is on a darkened brass base and is adjustable from size 5 to size 7. Available in my Etsy shop.

The Bell Dangles in Sterling by OneGarnetGirl

These earrings hang approximately 2.25 inches in length on long artisan earwires made by RockisSupplies.

I have domed and shaped sterling silver and then set two gorgeous 9x7mm red garnets into the matte settings.

Each pair of earrings is made to order, so if you would like to use a different stone, please get in touch with me for pricing quotes and the stones I have available.

Repurposed Heart - brass pendant necklace by TheBrassHussy

While playing with my stash of vintage and costume jewelry, I decided that this old heart earring needed to be remade into a pendant.

The heart has small deep red dangles that remind me of garnets.

I added a bail for the heart to hang from and put the pendant on a lead free nickel free brass chain. The clasp is a simple hook and eye. You choose the length of the chain, from 14, 16, 18, 20 or 22 inches
